On October 29, 2025, students of Karaganda Higher College “Bolashaq” won several prizes at the regional creative competition dedicated to the outstanding figure of Kazakh poetry — Kasym Amanzholov, a poet, journalist, playwright, composer, and talented translator.
The competition was organized by the Educational and Methodological Center for the Development of Education of the Karaganda Region among students of technical and vocational, as well as post-secondary educational institutions.

Aida Amangeldy, a student of group KӘ-24-1, majoring in Kazakh Language and Literature Teaching, and Nurislam Kapkesh, a student of group E-25-1, majoring in Accounting and Auditing, took 1st place. In the nomination “Сен неткен бақытты едің келер ұрпақ...”,
Aym Gabdolla, a student of group KӘ-24-1, majoring in Kazakh Language and Literature Teaching, won 2nd place.
